What is a NW Wellness Retreat?
A NW Wellness Retreat is a weekend away on beautiful Anderson Island with like minded people connecting with your mind, body and spirit. We plan each retreat with wellness and self care as our main priorities. All of our clients enjoy dramatic NW views while delighting in the best the NW has to offer for healthy, organic cuisine. You'll be moving your body on your retreat with restorative yoga, barre, nature hikes on the island all tailored to each client's individual fitness level. A holistic life coach will be available throughout your stay to help keep you motivated. The wellness team is dedicated to making each retreat special and each client feel warm and welcome.

Q- Do I need to be in good shape to go on a retreat?
A- NO! We can work with any fitness level, injury or disability. Our trainers and instructors can help any client begin or further their fitness journey.
Q- Can you work with special diets or food allergies?
A- YES! Because we make each meal fresh, we can personalize your meal to meet your dietary needs. (Please inform us before hand so we can be prepared.)
Q- What do I need to pack?
A- All you need is comfy clothes that are weather appropriate! We do spend time outdoors, so check the weather for your weekend and pack accordingly.
Q- Do I have to participate in ALL of the activities?
A- NO! This is your retreat and comfort is very important to us. All activities, including workouts, are 100% optional.
Q- Can I come with a friend?
A- Yes. Please let us know when booking your retreat that you'd like to share a room with a friend, otherwise, you'll be sharing with a new friend you just haven't met yet.
